 1. What are the shipping options?

Standard shipping via USPS. In certain situations, you may require expedited shipping, which can be requested, and accommodation can be made.

2. When will I receive my order?

Depending on the size of the order, items will normally ship within 3-5 business days. Large or bulk orders of 50 or more items may require additional time.   You will be contacted in the event of any delays in shipping.

3. What do I do if I receive a defective order?

Our company home base and workshop is located in Detroit, MI.

5. How do I make sure I order the right size?

Most of our products are standard size. However, if they are not, we will indicate that in the description area so that you can order accordingly.
