1. What are your shipping options?
We offer standard shipping on all orders, with tracking provided once your order ships. Expedited shipping may be available upon request. Shipping times and options may vary depending on the size of your order and the products purchased.

2. When will I receive my order?
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Custom, personalized, and large-quantity orders may require additional production time. If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will contact you.

3. What if there is a problem with my order?

4. Where are you located?
DouggieButterHoodz is a Detroit-based business serving customers locally and throughout the United States through DBHOODS.COM. We also travel to select events and conventions as a vendor.

5. How do I choose the correct size?
“For most of our apparel, we recommend ordering the size you normally wear.” Our items are designed to fit comfortably and generally run true to size. If an item has a different or special fit, we’ll note that in the product description.

6. Do you offer custom orders?
